and manufacture your products.
We have an excellent range of CNC turning and milling machines
with capacity up to a meter cube size, complimented with
CMM inspection stations of similar capacity. Our key competence
is precision machining of medium to large components, project
management, assembly and test of hydraulic, pneumatic and
other mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies.
Our capabilities included controlled environment
areas for hydraulic assembly, hydraulic high pressure and
flow test facilities as well as the ability to preform the
dynamic testing of components and high pressure pneumatics
systems.
We specialise in the precision machining,
assembly and test of mechanical, electro-mechanical and
hydraulic assemblies including the manufacture of safety
critical components with exacting machining tolerances and
surface finishes.
Experience in the manufacture of components from difficult
materials such as Titanium, Ferralium and Nimonics.
Our manufacturing expertise is supported by a strong project
management team, with a successful history of control of
complex programmes for on time delivery including design
and 2nd tier subcontractor selection and management - we
can take your component from prototype to production.
