Horstman has considerable experience of managing complex programmes.  Using Horstman’s wide range of technical skills & experience, the project management team designs and creates robust and scalable project plans from a mix of available software.  These are then executed via a dedicated Project Manager with a high focus on regular & detailed communication with the customer.

Horstman has over 25 years experience in producing ILS Documentation to various standards with the ILS objective being to reduce support costs whilst maintaining a high degree of reliability
